1. Shipping of Products and Deliveries
1.1. . After your order is registered and the respective payment is confirmed, holji ® commits itself to proceed with the shipment observing the following delivery terms:
1.2 After your order has been shipped, it will be received in 3 to 5 days.
1.3 Products ordered from the holji ® online store will be shipped and delivered on weekdays, Monday through Friday.
1.4 We can only guarantee the good delivery of an order if the shipping address of the products is well indicated by the User, locating that address in a home or an office located in one of the countries mentioned in the list of available countries
1.5 At the time of delivery, the Buyer must inspect the packaging and the products shipped in order to ascertain any damage. If the customer finds that the products are damaged, he must not accept delivery of the order.
1.6 The order is considered accepted if, after receiving the order, the Buyer does not return the order within the next 10 days.
1.7 holji ® will not be responsible for non-compliance, or delays in the fulfillment, of any shipping obligation that is caused by a force majeure event, that is, an event, act or omission, beyond its reasonable control.
2 Product Exchanges and Returns
2.1 To return a product, first contact us at email@example.com.
2.2.The articles must be in their original condition and cannot appear to be used.
2-3 Upon receipt of the order, the Buyer has 15 days to return or exchange their items
2-4 holji ® only allows exchanges of articles for products from the same collection as the exchanged article, that is to say that an article from the Spring / Summer collection can only be returned for an article from that season, as well as a piece from the Autumn / Winter can only be exchanged for another one from the same collection.
2-5 The exchange or return of orders, must be returned in the original packaging, and without any trace of use
2-6 After receiving all the products ordered, or only part of them, at our facilities, we will proceed with their treatment within an average period of one week. In case the return is confirmed, the new item, color or size will be returned to you, after checking the availability of that product, it is sent to the address you indicate in the exchange process.
3 Order Cancellation
3.1 Before shipping, the Buyer can cancel the order of products. If the User places an order and wishes to cancel it, he must, at first, check the status of the order, if and the status of the order mentions “Registered”, then there is a possibility that it may still be canceled. For this, the User must contact our Customer Service and request the cancellation of his order.
3.2. If the cancellation request is successful, the customer will be notified by email of this decision and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the customer.
3.3. If the cancellation request is not possible because the order has already been shipped, the products will be sent to the Buyer, who, if he maintains his intention to cancel the order, must refuse receipt.
3.4. Upon confirmation of the return and receipt of the order at holji ® headquarters, the refund will be processed (refund).
3.5. Orders for exclusive online products, made to order and made to measure, cannot be canceled or returned as the production process begins immediately after receipt of the order. This type of item can only be returned if it has defects or non-conformities in relation to the products ordered.
