When to write

You might consider contacting us if you notice:

• Incorrect title or author metadata — a misattribution, a misspelled name, or a title that does not match the work. For example, if a work by Iamblichus appears under a different author, or if the title of a reading companion like Select works of Porphyry — Reading Companion is incorrectly linked.
• Category placement — a book that seems to belong in a different section of the catalogue, such as a philosophy text placed under archaeology, or a guide to classical cultures that would be better suited to the philosophy section.
• Unreadable files or reader failures — a download that will not open, missing pages, garbled text, or formatting that makes the book difficult to read. This includes issues with specific formats like ePub, PDF, or Kindle.
• Accessibility problems — issues with screen-reader compatibility, poor contrast, or missing alt text for illustrations. We aim to make our ebooks usable by everyone, and your reports help us improve.
• Privacy questions — concerns about how your data is handled when you browse or download. We take your privacy seriously and will address any questions you have.
• Copyright or rights concerns — if you believe a work in our catalogue is not in the public domain in your jurisdiction, or if you hold rights and wish to discuss removal. Please provide any relevant legal context.
• General editorial observations — suggestions for new titles, corrections to our reading guides, or any other feedback that helps us improve the library. For instance, you might recommend adding a reading companion for A Treatise of Human Nature or updating the context notes for Yoga as philosophy and religion.

What to include in your message

To help us respond accurately, please provide:

• The full URL of the page where you encountered the issue.
• The exact ebook title and, if applicable, the file format (ePub, PDF, Kindle, etc.).
• A brief description of the problem, including the device or browser you were using. For example, if a download fails on a specific browser version, that detail is helpful.
• Any supporting information, such as a screenshot or a citation from a reliable source, especially for rights or metadata concerns.

We read every message and take each report seriously. Because we are a small independent operation, we cannot guarantee a same-day reply, but we do aim to acknowledge your email within a reasonable time. If you have not received a response after a week, feel free to follow up.
